I have a passion for the written word which, if you’ve strayed into my blog section, you’ll know! I absolutely love writing about anything connected to PR, marketing and social media in the equestrian and rural community. I’m lucky that I have the opportunity to write about it frequently too. You might have seen my words in any of the following publications or on websites…

NFU Countryside Magazine

I’ve been writing the NFU’s Countryside Magazine business column for quite a while now and I love it. Each month we discuss a topic connected to better PR, marketing and social media, but we also look at customer service, content marketing, traditional methods… and just being nice to our customers! Writing for this magazine is a complete joy. I love the audience- equestrian AND country- and the team are lovely. If you haven’t read the magazine, you really are missing out. It’s packed full of great features, beautiful photography and lots more.

Absolute Horse Magazine

I have a monthly column in the thoroughly equestrian Absolute Horse Magazine. Here I write about an equestrian subject that aligns with the content and features in the issue. I might be best known for equestrian PR, marketing and social media, but I’m a horsey girl at heart so have the real life equestrian skills that matter so much. I love working with Emma and the Absolute Horse team. I would urge you to have a read of this magazine if you’re yet to discover it. It’s also a really nifty size, so perfect for handbags.

Horse & Hound

I’ve written a number of articles for Horse & Hound’s website. A lot have been around rider sponsorship, keeping sponsors and promotion. I’ve also explored personal brands for riders, mental health and more. As I mentioned above, I am a true horse person. I own two horses, have my BHS Grooms Certificate and also passed my BHS PTC exam when I was younger. This horsey knowledge and true understanding of the industry from every angle is such a game changer when it comes to writing. Whether I’m writing for a magazine, a client, a website or advising on strategy.

Equestrian Life Magazine

Each month I write the style column for Equestrian Life Magazine… and get to showcase some of my best finds from the equestrian and country clothing world too. I love putting this feature together and I am always amazed at how beautiful the feature looks when the Equestrian Lie team has worked their magic!
